<li class="instruction">Add green onions. Pulse to chop 10 times.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the remaining ingredients in order listed.</li>
<li class="instruction">Set blender on high. Blend for 10 to 15 seconds.</li>

<li>Mix cornstarch and water in a small saucepan, and boil over low heat for about 3 minutes or until thickens.</li>
<li>Remove from heat and let it cool.</li>
<li> Minced the garlic with salt, and put in a small food processor.</li>
<li>Add the cornstarch and lemon juice.</li>
<li> While the motor is running, add the oil one tablespoon at the time, until the mixture becomes fluffy and creamy.</li>
<li>Serve with chicken or shish kabobs.</li>
<li>Cover and keep in the fridge for up to 1 month.</li>
<li>Makes 3/4 cup.</li>
