Dip the shrimp in dry mix, then the pancake batter. Coat well with coconut. Place on baking sheet. Deep fry or pan fry in vegetable oil. Serve warm or at room temperature.</li>

<p>There are so many wonderful things about salmon that it’s hard to know where to start. It’s firm enough to grill, can be cooked in many different ways, and doesn’t dry out as easily as many other fish. Salmon Nutrition</p>
<p>Salmon is a highly nutritious food. Of course, it is high in protein, and the “good fats.&#8221; a 4 oz serving of salmon provides a full day’s requirement of vitamin D? It is one of the few foods that can make that claim. That same piece of fish contains over half of the necessary B12, niacin, and selenium, and is an excellent source of B6 and magnesium. People who eat fish seem to be protected from a host of conditions. Some of this is probably due to the omega-3 fats. Omega-3 fats seem to primarily work through reducing inflammation in our bodies. Inflammation is turning out to be at the base of many health problems, including heart disease, diabetes, some types of cancers and arthritis. Omega-3’s also help prevent the blood clots which cause many strokes.</p>

This recipe brings back childhood memory, I remember watching my father bringing the fresh fish, he used to buy fish directly from fishermen at the shores of Tripoli and watching my mother clean and gut the fish, and now, thanks to the retail supermarket we buy the fish ready, clean and fillet, Soooooo glad life has changed and I live in this era. Using fish fillets makes this recipe easy and quick.</em></p>

<p>A crab cake is an American dish composed of crab meat and various other ingredients, such as bread crumbs, milk, mayonnaise, eggs, yellow onions, and seasonings. Occasionally other ingredients such as red or green peppers are added, at which point the cake is then sautéed, baked, or grilled and then served. Crab cakes are traditionally associated with the area surrounding the Chesapeake Bay, in particular the state of Maryland and the city of Baltimore. This is one of the best Crab Cake recipes I have tasted.</p>

<li class="ingredient">1/3 cup saltine crakers crushed finely</li>
<li class="ingredient">3 green onions finely chopped</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 cup green peppers finely chopped</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 cup mayonnaise</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 egg</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 teaspoon worstershire sauce</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 teaspoon dry mustard</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 lemon juiced</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/4 teaspoon garlic powder</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 teaspoon salt fluor or panko for dusting</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 cup vegetable oil fovorite dipping sauce</li>

<li>Mix all the ingredients escepy the fluor or panko and the oil. Shape into patties, and either dust with fluor or dredge in panko. Keep it in the fridge overnight. In a pan heat the oilto medium high, and carfully fry the cakes for 4 minutes and flip and cook the other side for 4 minutes. Serve with a favorite dipping sauce.</li>
