Recipe: SAUSAGE EGG CASSEROLE

Summary: REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT AND POP IT IN THE OVEN WHEN READY TO EAT

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cubed white bread
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl , beat the eggs, milk,mustard and salt for 1 minute. Stir in sausage,bread cubes and cheese. Poue in a 13×9 inches greased baking dish. Cover and put it in the fridge overnight. Remove 30 minutes from the fridge before baking. Bake it uncovered at 350 degrees oven for 30 to 40 minutes until the egges are cooked through. Let stand for 10 minutes fefor serving.
