Recipe: CABBAGE SALAD
Summary: this salad is best when served with mujadra.

Ingredients

1 cabbage head about 1 lb.
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Chop the cabbage into thin strips. Wash and drain. Mix all the ingredients. Garnish with radish if desired.

Cooking time (duration): 10 minutes

Recipe: ENDIVE SALAD
Summary: serve this salad with mujadra

Ingredients

1 bunch endive
2 green onions, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Wash endive. Drain and chop coarsely. Add the rest of the ingredients and serve.
