Recipe: ENDIVE SALAD
Summary: serve this salad with mujadra
Ingredients
- 1 bunch endive
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash endive. Drain and chop coarsely. Add the rest of the ingredients and serve.
