Recipe: ENDIVE SALAD

Summary: serve this salad with mujadra

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch endive
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash endive. Drain and chop coarsely. Add the rest of the ingredients and serve.

Cooking time (duration): 10 minutes
