SPINACH SALAD

Recipe: SPINACH SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 package spinach
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sumac
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach. Drain and chop coarsely. Add the rest of the ingredients. Serve with pita bread.
