Recipe: SPINACH SALAD
Summary: Can be served as a salad or side dish.
- 1 package spinach
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon sumac
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Wash the spinach. Drain and chop coarsely. Add the rest of the ingredients. Serve with pita bread.
