Recipe: POTATOES SAUTEED WITH CILANRO
Summary: SERVED WITH PITA BREAD AS A SIDE DISH
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Potatoes
- 3 cups olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 b1 bunch cilantro washed and chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, wash and cut in small cubes. Fry the potatoes in oil .Remove 1 cup of the used oil and saute the garlic and the cilantro for 2 minutes. Add the cooked potatoes and mix just until combined. Add the lemon juice and serve cold.
Cooking time (duration): 30 minutes
