Recipe: POTATOES SAUTEED WITH CILANRO

Summary: SERVED WITH PITA BREAD AS A SIDE DISH

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Potatoes
  • 3 cups olive oil
  •  3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 b1 bunch cilantro washed and chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut in small cubes. Fry the potatoes in oil .Remove 1 cup of the used oil and saute the garlic and the cilantro for 2 minutes. Add the cooked potatoes and mix just until combined. Add the lemon juice and serve cold.

Cooking time (duration): 30 minutes
