Recipe: ROASTED LAMB SHANKS
Summary: SERVE WITH ROASTED POTATOES AND VEGETABLES
Ingredients
- 4 pieces lamb shanks
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Rub the shanks with all the seasonings. Place in a roasting pan in a 350 degrees oven. Roast covered for 2 to 2 ½ hours till the meat is tender.
