Recipe: ROASTED LAMB SHANKS

Summary: SERVE WITH ROASTED POTATOES AND VEGETABLES

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces lamb shanks
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons allspice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Rub the shanks with all the seasonings. Place in a roasting pan in a 350 degrees oven. Roast covered for 2 to 2 ½ hours till the meat is tender.
