Recipe: Golden potatoes
Summary: serve with steak or chicken as a side dish
Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, medium size
- 1 cup vegetable oil and ½ cup butter
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped finely
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and boil in water until half cooked. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.. In a large tray mix the oil with the butter and before it gets to hot, add the potatoes, salt , and paprika and mix well. Bake covered for 20 minutes, mixing the potatoes every 6 minutes. Add the parsley the last 10 minutes.
