Recipe: CHICKEN, PESTO AND PEPPER SANDWICHES
Summary: NOT YOUR ODINAIRY SANDWICH
Ingredients
- 1/2 CUP prepared pesto
- 4 Pepperidge Farm Sandwich Buns
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices mozarella cheese
- lettuce
- 1 7 oz. jar roasted red pepper,drained
- Campbell’s Select Gold Label Italian Tomato Soup
Instructions
- Spread 1 teaspoon pesto on each bun half. Grill the chicken for 15 minutes, brushing with the rest of the pesto during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Top chicken with cheese. Layer bottom halves with lettuce,chicken ,and roasted red peppers, then top with remaining bun halves. Serve with the tomato soup.
