Recipe: SPINACH SALAD
Summary: Can be served as a salad or side dish.
Ingredients
1 package spinach
4 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon sumac
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Wash the spinach. Drain and chop coarsely. Add the rest of the ingredients. Serve with pita bread.
