CABBAGE SALAD

Recipe: CABBAGE SALAD

Summary: this salad is best when served with mujadra.

Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage head about 1 lb.
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the cabbage into thin strips. Wash and drain. Mix all the ingredients. Garnish with radish if desired.

Cooking time (duration): 10 minutes
