Recipe: CABBAGE SALAD
Summary: this salad is best when served with mujadra.
- 1 cabbage head about 1 lb.
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Chop the cabbage into thin strips. Wash and drain. Mix all the ingredients. Garnish with radish if desired.
