Summary: This is a different variation of the regular lebanese cabbage salad. It is good with any lebanese dish.
- ½ cabbage head
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 gloves garlic
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- ¾ cup tahini sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Lean the cabbage leaves with water. Drain. And shred them. Mince the garlic with salt. Add the vinegar, lemon juice and water. Gradually add the dressing to the tahini, and mix till smooth. Add the dressing to the cabbage. Mix well.
