Recipe: FRESH OREGANO SALAD
Summary: serve also as an appetizer
Ingredients
1 bunch fresh oregano
1 onion, chopped
juice of 1 lemon
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
Remove the oregano leaves from the stems. Wash and drain. Mix the chopped onions with salt and lemon juice. Add the oregano leaves and mix. Drizzle with olive oil on top and serve.
