Recipe: Sweet cereal bars: Simple, delicious and anyone’ treats.

Summary: these delicious, tasty bars are good for any parties

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 5 cups special K cereals
  • 11 oz. Chocolate chips
  • 11 oz. Butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Melt the first 3 ingredients together. Do not boil. Add 5 cups of Special K (2 cups at the time). Pat down mixture in a 9” x 13” greased baking dish. Melt together 11 oz. Chocolate chips and 11 oz. Butterscotch chips in a microwave oven. Pour on top of mixture. Cut bars before the topping completely hardens.
