It’s always a hit when I make it to my family and friends. Kofta is a Meat mixture that can be used for everything… meatballs, meatloaf, BBQ skewers, it can also be prepared in the oven with Tahini (Kafta with Tahini) and (Kafta with potato and tomato sauce).

  • 2 lbs. Ground lamb and beef
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of each black pepper and all spice

  1. Mix all the ingredients very well. Roll them on skewers and grill. Or make patties and fry them in oil. And you can make rolls 3” long and broil at 500 degrees oven till brown.
