I have been a cookbook collector and user for about 30 years. I found this book on garnishes to be unique and easy to use. The photos of the garnishes really motivated me to try some. Great for special occasions and I am sure professional chefs will also find it very useful. I have used other cookbooks from that publisher and find the step-by-step illustrations to be very useful. This is especially true for complex garnishes, which can be very difficult for most of us to create.

Great book!,
I bought this book for the mother of my daughter-in-law. It will be a birthday gift for her this coming March. She had told her daughter that she has been looking for a garnishing book and couldn’t find any. Fortunately I have one and sent it to my daughter-in-law for her mother. this is another one of the other three I had purchase for that purpose…I would like to own my own copies of these books. It will be a nice reference.

Chinese Garnishes with platter arrangements,
I like to experiment in my kitchen. I have recently have made friends with an Asian women. She has got me interested in Asian cooking, now I am looking into garnishes to enhance my culinary skills. I recently purchased this book and I’m finding a lot of the garnishing to be easy to make mainly do to the step by step photos.
