Recipe: Mango Smoothie

Summary: This is a very delicious mango smoothie, very tasty sweet treat that is good for you too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mangoes
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup skim milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover. Blend until smooth, stirring if necessary.
