Recipe: Mango Smoothie
Summary: This is a very delicious mango smoothie, very tasty sweet treat that is good for you too.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mangoes
- ½ cup yogurt
- ½ cup skim milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover. Blend until smooth, stirring if necessary.
Cooking time (duration): 5 minutes
