Recipe: SPICY CRAB MEAT
Summary: VERY TASTY APPETIZER
Ingredients
- 6 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE
- 2 CUPS CRABMEAT
- 2 CUPS SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1/2 CUP SLICED GREEN ONIONS
- 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
- 1 TABLESPOON HORSRADISH
- 2 TEASPOON HOT SAUCE OLIVE OIL SALT AND PEPPER
- 1 LOAF ARTISAN BREAD
Instructions
- In a bowl,mix the cheese,crabmeat,green onions,1 cup parmesan,lemon juice,horsradish and hot pepper. Cut bresd into 18 slices. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.Toast until lightly golden. Spread 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of topping on each slice.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. You can also put them under the broiler for couple minutes to melt the cheese.
