Recipe: KAFTA WITH TAHINI

Ingredients
1/2 recipe kafta
4 cups tahini
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup lemon juice
1 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe: TAHINI SAUCE WITH PARSLEY AND TOMATO
Summary: ALSO CALLED “BAKDUNSIEH”
Ingredients
2 bunches parsley washed and chopped
1 cup tomato chopped finely
1 cup tahini
juice of 3 lemons
salt to taste
3 cloves garlic,minced
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
