Wasabi is an intense green root often described as Japanese horseradish. Usually comes in powder form. Mixing it with water, you will get a spicy taste paste that perfect with grilled shrimp or meats.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 1 tablespoon Wasabi powder
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt
Instructions
- Mix wasabi with 1 tablespoon of water to form a paste.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Beat cream with an electrical mixer until soft peaks form.
- Fold lemon juice and salt.
- Adjust lemon juice and salt to your taste.
- Cover and keep in the fridge.
- Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
