Recipe: ARTICHOKE SALAD
Summary: THIS LOW CALORIE SALAD CAN BE SERVED AS AN APPETIZER.
- 1 (15 OZ.) can artichoke hearts
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- juice of half lemon
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Drain and cut the artichoke into quarters. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix gently.
Cooking time (duration): 10 minutes.
Diet type: Vegetarian
