Recipe: Banana cupcakes with chocolate chips cookies: Delicious banana and chocolaty flavor
Summary: These cupcakes are moist and fancy for to take to a picnic or family gathering.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups fluor
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Crisco
- 1 /2 cups sugar
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 chocolate chips cookies, crushed
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Sift the four, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl. Beat the sugar, and the Crisco with a mixer until smooth. Add the milk, eggs, banana, lemon juice and vanilla and mix well. Add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Place the crushed cookies in 24 greased muffin cups and top with the banana mixture. Bake for 25 to 25 minutes or until the center is dry. Cool and serve.
