Chimichanga Dip: creamy spicy dip and very easy to make.

Recipe: Chimichanga Dip

Summary: This is a very delicious creamy spicy dip, perfect to entertain a crowd . Serve with crackers or your favorite chips.


  • 8 oz. Sour Cream
  • 4 tablespoons Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Chipolte pepper in adobo sauce, chopped
  •  ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can Chicken Breast


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix sour cream, cream cheese chopped chipolte peppers and mozarella cheese until well blended. Drain chicken from can and add to the mix. Spread on a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes until heated through nad bubbly. Serve at room temperature with crackers or your favorite chips.

Makes 2 cups.
