Recipe: Pizza on French Baguette

Summary: This is very tasty and easy to make pizza. Using French baguette instead of dough, makes it quick but still delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 french baguette, sliced
  •  Olive oil
  •  2 cups pizza sauce
  •  2 cups mozzarella cheese
  •  ½ cup fresh parmesan cheese, shredded
  •  Fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Slice baguette in ½” thick. Toss with olive oil and spread on a baking sheet and bake in 350 degrees F oven until crisp. Top with mozzarella and shredded parmesan. Bake again until cheese melted. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh basil.
