Ingredients
- 12 tablespoons heavy cream
- 12 tablespoons dark corn syrup
- 16 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- Combine the cream and corn syrup and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Reduce to low and add the chocolate. Whisk until smooth and melted, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and let stand for about 10 minutes.
- The glaze should be thick put pourable.
- Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
