Recipe: Black bean soup: spicy and delicious.
Summary: Tspicy soup is quick and simple to make. But it is very tasty and delicious with bwl of white rice.
Ingredients
- 2 cups dry black beans
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook onions and garlic in oil for 7 minutes. Add the beans. Simmer for 1 hour. Add the salt, pepper, cumin and hot sauce. Add the tomato paste. Continue cooking till the beans are tender. Serve with 1 spoon of sour cream.
