Recipe: Black bean soup: spicy and delicious.

Summary: Tspicy soup is quick and simple to make. But it is very tasty and delicious with bwl of white rice.


  • 2 cups dry black beans
  • 1 onion chopped
  •  3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  •  1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


  1. Cook onions and garlic in oil for 7 minutes. Add the beans. Simmer for 1 hour. Add the salt, pepper, cumin and hot sauce. Add the tomato paste. Continue cooking till the beans are tender. Serve with 1 spoon of sour cream.
