Recipe: Chunky avocado dip
Summary: This chunky dip is good also as a side dish with chicken or steak barbecued.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/3 cup cole slaw dressing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Mash the avocados with fork. Add the garlic. Fold the tomatoes, olive oil and the dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips or toasted pita bread.
