  • 4 T-bone steaks 1 inch thick
  • coarse salt and pepper
  • 3 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons tobasco sauce


Sprinkle the steak with plenty of salt, papper and dry mustard.Drizzle the tobasco sauce over the steaks and let it rest for 30 minutes. Heat the grill on high . Grill the steak 4 to 6 minutes on each side. Let it rest for 3 minutes before serving.
