HOMMADE GYROS SANDWICH

Recipe: HOMEMADE GYROS SANDWICH
Summary: as good as the restaurant sandwich.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chopped leg of lamb
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic,minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- for ganish: 1 onion chopped 1 tomato diced Tzadziki Sauce gyros bread
Instructions
- Marinate lamb for 1 hour, lemon oil garlic oregano and salt and pepper. Broil for 7 minutes or until cooked through. Put cooked meat into a grilled bread. Add the garnish and top with the about two spoons of gyros sauce more or less to taste.
Cooking time (duration): 25 minutes
