Recipe: Lebanese Nights
Very light and refreshing pudding. with a special Midwestern Miska that has been in use for generations since the 7th century
Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 2 eggs 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup cream of wheat
- 1 teaspoon ground miska (found in mid-eastern stores)
- 1( 8oz.) Whipped cream
- Fine ground pistachios
Instructions

In a medium size pot, bring all the ingredients to a boil except the whipped cream. Make sure don’t stop whisking to prevent sticking on the bottom of the pot. Pour in a 13’’x 9’’ pan. Let it cool in the fridge.

Spread a ½’’ layer of the whipped cream on top. Sprinkle pistachios over. Keep it cool until serving.
