Recipe: Lebanese salad

Summary: This is delicious salad to have with any middle eastern or lebanese dishes.


  • 3 cucumbers
  • 3 tomatos
  • 1 head lettuce
  • ½ bunch fresh mint
  • 4 green onions
  • ½ bunch raddish
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  •  4 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar


  1. Peel cucumbers. Cut all the vegetables in medium size pieces. Mix the vegetables with garlic, lemon juice, vinegar and oil.

Cooking time (duration): 15 minutes
