Recipe: TRI-COLOR ROTINI PASTA GREEK SALAD
Summary: THIS SALAD CAN BE PREPARED EARLY IN THE MORNING AND SERVED LATER IN THE DAY.
Ingredients
- 1(12OZ.) tri-color rotini pasta
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 small cucumbers
- 1 green peppers
- 10 kalamata black olives
- 1/3 lb. feta cheese
- 1/3 cup greek dressing
Instructions
Cook the pasta a la dente. Drain and let it cool. Chop the tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers and the olives in small pieces.Add them to the cold pasta. Mix in the cheese and the dressing. Keep it in the fridge till you serve it.
