Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon grated nutmeg
- cooking spray
- 5 slices multi-grain bread, cut in half
- maple syrup or any fruit jelly
Instructions
- Beat the eggs, soy milk, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spray a pan with cooking spray over medium heat. Soak the bread in the egg mixture for a few seconds. Cook for a few minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve with the syrup or jam.
