Recipe: GRILLED CORN
Ingredients
- 4 fresh corns
- 6 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons miced fresh flat parsley
- 1 clove garlic minced coarse salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat the to high. Whisk the butter, parsley and garlic until ceamy and smooth. Brush the corn lightly with the mixture. grill 8 to 10 minutes, brushing with the remaining mixture and adding salt and pepper.
