  • 8 fluor tortillas
  • 6 ounces thinly sliced jack or cheddar cheese 
  • Thinly sliced plum tomatoes
  • 3 thinly sliced jalapenos peppers
  • 3 sliced green onions
  • 3 talespoos melted butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilatro leaves


  1. Arrange a few slices of cheese,tomato,and jalapeno on half of each tortilla. Top with some gree onions and cilantro.Fold the tortilla in half. Preheat the grill to medium. Brush the outside of the tortillas with butter. Grill 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve either whole or cut into wedges.
