   I found this book almost 30 years ago at a used book store in Norfolk Virginia. It has been a staple in our kitchen since then. The book has a wide variety of recipes covering the entire Italian peninsula and is a great resource for any kitchen. Each section covers a region from northern Italy to Sicily. Having grown up in a Sicilian family this book broaden my horizons beyond southern Italian cooking.

   If your curious as to why I’m reviewing this book, my old copy fell apart and I’m ordering a new one.
