Ingredients
- 12 oz. minced pork and veal
- 3 1/2 oz. sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 1 red pepper, seeded and sliced
- olive oil for cooking
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Mix the pork and veal with sundreied tomatoes, green onios and basil. Seaso with salt and pepper and knead until a little sticky.Form 4 patties and keep in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. Mix the red pepper with a little olive oil, and grill while drizzling balsamic vinegar, until softened. Set aside. Brush the burgers with olive oil, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until cooked. Serve with the grilled red peppers.
