Recipe: Potatoes and eggs: Simply delicious.
Summary: Very popular egg dish in the middle east. Easy and tasty.
- ¼ cup oil or butter
- 3 large potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cream or milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Peel potatoes and cut in ½ “ cubes. Heat the oil and cook potatoes until tender over medium heat. Whisk the eggs for 2 minutes with the cream or milk. Add the salt and the pepper. Add to the cooked potatoes. Stir on low heat until the eggs is almost set. Serve with pita bread.
